Private Meditation and Sound Bath

Description

This session includes a guided meditation tailored to your specific needs, and a sound healing experience featuring crystal singing bowls, Koshi bells, singing crystal pyramids, ocean drums and more! Elements of energy work may be used to help you ground deeper into the experience. Please dress comfortably and in line with current weather. The space and table are heated, but the body’s base temperature drops when in a state of relaxation. During the meditation and sound baths you will be laying down on the treatment table or floor mat, depending on your preference.
