Mina Michalowska's Clinic

The Soma session focuses on your physical body and the symptoms present - tension, pain or range or neurological symptoms.

We start with a grounding meditation to allow your body to land in the present moment and allow the nervous system to shift into a more relaxed state.

Once your body has relaxed, we continue with a range of body work modalities, that may include myofascial release, Rapid Neurofascial Reset, acupressure, deep pressure touch and somatic release techniques.

While I communicate with your body during the session, there might an element of somatic inquiry where I prompt you with questions or messages that body is bringing forward. The addition of these cues helps the body let go of stuck emotions that may be contributing to your physical symptoms.

We end the session with a gentle re-orienting into the present moment and a run down of holding patterns within your body.

The treatment is performed through clothing, so loose and/or thin attire is preferred.

Soma (Body Work)

This is a gentle energy healing session that aids in clearing, balancing and charging your energetic pathways. It also helps clear negative thoughts and feelings, creating more space for life force flow.

This treatment is performed laying down and fully clothed. The practitioner utilizes guided meditation, sound healing tools and specific hand placement during the healing process.

Anima (Energy Healing)

This session includes a guided meditation tailored to your specific needs, and a sound healing experience featuring crystal singing bowls, Koshi bells, singing crystal pyramids, ocean drums and more!
Elements of energy work may be used to help you ground deeper into the experience.

Please dress comfortably and in line with current weather. The space and table are heated, but the body’s base temperature drops when in a state of relaxation. During the meditation and sound baths you will be laying down on the treatment table or floor mat, depending on your preference.

Private Meditation and Sound Healing

An energy healing session done live online

This is a 60 minute healing session done at the comfort of your own home.
As I work with your energetic field, we don’t have to be in the same space in order for the healing to complete.

All you need is a comfortable, private environment where you can lay down comfortably.
The flow remains the same as if in-person session.
We start with a grounding breath practice and meditation to prepare your physical body. Once in a trans-like state, I will perform the energy healing. At the end I will share any insight and/or channeled messages that came through.

A Zoom meeting invitation will be emailed to you upon booking. Make sure to check your spam folder - sometimes my messages end up in there!

Distance Energy Healing

Anima Soma is a blend of my two other treatment options - Anima and Soma.

We combine the power of intentional and intuitive body work with energetic healing, somatic inquiry and channeled messages from your spirit guides.

We always start with a grounding meditation to help your nervous system land in the space and enter a more relaxed state.
Then we proceed at the pace of your body.

Body work modalities that may be included are myofascial release, Rapid Neurofascial Reset, acupressure and/or deep pressure therapy.

The session concludes with grounding back into the present moment and a gentle run down of any holding patterns, energetic blockages and/or messages that came through.

Anima Soma (Body and Spirit)

Co-creating a personalized flower essence blend is a very special way to honour your personal growth.

Flower essences are a vibrational encapsulation of the flower or gem being used, each carrying it's own healing properties. It's a gentle energetic medicine that can help with emotional and energetic balancing, nervous system care and deeper exploration of your energetic field.

We being with a consultation, where we establish what your needs are at the moment. Then I will create a personal blend that caters to your energetic and emotional needs. I will also charge the essence with specific energetic symbols to further deepen its activation.
We will finish with a small meditation where you will get to connect to your essence and tune into your field and how the essence works with it.

Each 30ml bottle will come with a description and instructions on how to use it.

Consultation and Personalized Flower Essence Blend

This session is a combination of an Energetic Healing and Personalized flower Essence Consultation

We will begin with a conversation about what it coming up in your life right now - symptoms that are physical, emotional and energetic.

Once on the table I will guide you through a meditation that will help you get into a trans-like state and remain relaxed for the duration of the energetic healing.
After the energy work is complete, we will discuss anything that may have come up in your body, energetic field, any channeled messages meant for you and more.

To further the effects of the healing, I will finish with blending a personalized Flower Essence which will cater to your specific needs and help you work with your energetic field beyond our session.

Flower Essences are a very gentle, yet powerful medicine. They hold a vibrational encapsulation of the flower, and in the case of some of my essences - crystals, and they work with your body's frequency to release any additional emotional or energetic blocks. All flower essence mothers and stocks have been hand crafted by me in a very intentional way. They charged with specific energetic symbols to aid their potency.
