Anima Soma+Sound Healing

Description

Anima Soma is a treatment designed to take full care of each client - body and soul. It will begin with gentle body work that may include myofascial release, acupressure, gentler Rapid NFR techniques and somatic movements to begin with grounding the client within the body. This is followed by a guided meditation and Reiki energetic healing to allow for energetic blocks to be removed, emotional clearing and creating space for vital force flow. Extended sound healing completes the process of clearing the whole auric field. This treatment is performed fully clothed and without use of oils. Please wear clothing that’s loose fitting and thin to allow access to different parts of the body.
