Anima et Soma / Soul and Body

This space was created with this understanding in mind - we are not just physical beings. All of us are souls that carry energetic imprints.

When we're too busy to listen to subtle energetic cues, the body starts speaking in terms that can't be ignored - this is how chronic pain and different conditions come to be.

At Anima Soma we weave a variety of body and energy work modalities, such as myofascial release, Rapid NFR, Nervous System Care techniques, somatic understanding of symptoms, acupressure, Reiki, channeled messages and sound healing.

We specialize in pain relief, range of motion dysfunctions, nervous system overwhelm and energy clearing/balancing.

Our goal is to combine them in a completely individualized approach that caters to your specific needs.

Nestled in a quiet and peaceful area of Courtenay, Anima Soma is a refuge from the noise of the world and the overwhelm that comes with living in our current times.

Are you ready to experience a relaxation and healing like never before?
