This shorter treatment is meant to deliver pain relief, range of motion increase and relaxation to the body through the combination of various body work techniques, nervous system care and the somatic approach. Body work modalities may include myofascial release, Rapid NFR, acupressure, vagus nerve regulation techniques, guided breathing exercises and/or grounding techniques.

Each treatment is designed individually in accordance with your body’s needs and might look differently every time. One thing is for sure, it will always be exactly what your body needs. 

While this is not specifically an energy work treatment, some energy work techniques may be used to aid in the grounding and relaxation process.
